Do I need previous fireplace or construction experience?
No. We provide paid training for the right people. What matters most is common sense, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and integrity. If you're dependable and willing to learn, we'd love to talk.
What's the pay range?
Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. Apprentice-level applicants start at the lower end, while experienced installers earn at the higher end of the range. We re-evaluate as you grow in the role.
What hours and schedule should I expect?
This is a full-time position with steady year-round work. Typical hours are Monday–Friday during normal business hours. Some flexibility may apply depending on project schedules.
What kind of work will I actually be doing?
You'll be installing custom fireplaces in residential homes across Southern Utah. The work involves framing, masonry, gas line installation, finishing work, and helping bring custom designs to life. Every project is different.
Where are the job sites located?
Most job sites are in St. George and surrounding Southern Utah communities — Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, and occasionally Cedar City. We're based locally so you won't be commuting hours from home.
